Collected shoppable looks: Nightstand Decor
Hello! Thanks for checking out what’s going on over at Cass Design Co.! You are seeing the first of my Cass Collections series. Here, I hope to provide you some pre-coordinated looks to help you style spaces in your home. These looks will give you a full pulled-together look if you are working on specific spaces around the house. Or, if you are searching for ways to style your current pieces and thinking of adding a few things to spruce some areas up, you’ll get some ideas here. First up are some pre-coordinated nightstand looks.
Nightstands are one of those areas that can create a sense of calm where you rest. My mind automatically feels more at ease when my bedroom decor is pulled together. With the Cass Collections Pre-Coordinated Nightstand Looks, you can create your own oasis in the place where you rest. The formula I use is fairly consistent and it includes:
- A pretty lamp.
- Some leaning art or a picture frame to add height.
- Greenery (a must have!).
- Some decorative accessories like a bowl or clock.
You can use this formula to create your perfect bedside table look, or you can shop here where I’ve done the work for you! I hope you enjoy this collection. Let’s take a look!
look 1: RAFFIA
The first look is this beautiful raffia nightstand from One Kings Lane. I love the texture here. This would be beautiful alongside an upholstered or light wood bed. This look is paired with a beautiful white lamp. A leaning picture is a perfect way to add some height and style to this area, and I love the way this Juniper Print Shop print called “Wild Oak” looks here. Last, the accessories here include a structured faux plant paired with a small bowl. You can add beads to create even more interest.
look 2: Neutral DRIFTWOOD
This look begins with the gorgeous nightstand from Pottery Barn’s Sausalito collection. I love the pretty wood tone of this piece and it would also be beautiful paired with an upholstered bed. Typically, I don’t love matching nightstands to beds, but the Sausalito bed is also beautiful and I love the bed and nightstand together.
I have paired this one with a soft gray lamp that has gorgeous texture. In the spirit of keeping this look clean and simple, Juniper Print Shop’s “Flight” is the perfect piece of art to use in an 8×10 or 11×14 size. This little clock is one of my favorites for nightstands and it is super affordable. With this nightstand having a bottom shelf, a pretty basket that adds interest is a must! This basket from McGee & Co. is a great size and has the perfect shape. For greenery on this one, you see this cutie from Pottery Barn. Remember if you invest in a few of these staples, you can move them throughout your home as they look great in a lot of areas
Look 3: Moody Coastal
The last look has a more moody feel with slightly darker wood on the nightstand. Again, this look would be great with a black (wood or iron) or upholstered bed. I love the shape with the middle shelf, and it comes at a great price. This look is paired with a light colored vintage-look lamp that is substantial. The tapered shape of the shade gives it a modern feel. For the accessories here, a beautiful book serves as a pretty foundation for a raffia picture frame for height paired with a gold small vase with greenery. I love this lighter colored tray for texture, and adding the light wood beads just adds even more texture.
I hope these pre-coordinated nightstand looks in the Cass Collections are helpful for you to pull together some specific areas in your home. Stay tuned as I continue to add more spaces. Let me know which areas you are most interested in seeing!
